Wise Choice has a well deserved reputation for providing the finest function and event cuisine in Melbourne and around Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The focus is squarely on quality and we use only the freshest and best quality ingredients when preparing menus. These we create to suit a wide variety of clients, occasions, dietary requirement etc., and always to a standard that exceeds expectations. Our flexibility is a reflection of the changing trends of food presentation. We operate a food safety programme, approved by Frankston City Council and compliant with the Food Act 1984. Our staff are trained in food hygiene techniques and are kept up-to-date with further training as the need arises. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding food and service to all our clients, including some of Melbourne's leading identities and corporate figures - Dame Elizabeth Murdoch, the Fraser Family, Ballieu Myer - to name just a few.
