Menu choices
Wise Choice caters for all functions, large or small. When preparing menu dishes we work in consultation with each and every client to design and produce a menu to suit any occasion, individual taste or dietary requirement. Your function may include:

- Marquee and offsite catering
We also have a large selection of pre-designed menus (see sample below) which can be provided upon request but as already stated, we believe that the best results are achieved when the menue is devised around the occasion.
On Arrival
Chicken, avocado and bacon roulade with hot mango chutney
Fresh Tasmanian oysters in fresh bread crumbs, deep fried and served with dill mayonnaise in a Chinese spoon
Timbales of shrimp and seafood, crumbed, deep fried and served with hollandise
Entree
Royal Tasmanian Atlantic salmon, chargrilled and resting on jullienne of vegetables and garnished with a dollop of sauce verde
Mainfare
Chicken roulade filled with fresh basil leaves, sundried tomato, pistachio nuts and fetta, wrapped in procuitto, resting on a sweet potato and rocket mash with a roasted chicken jus
Dessert
Coeur A la creme in the shape of a heart and served with fresh berries and raspberry coulis
